Meet Adam
Adam draws upon his extensive background as a former U.S. Marine Commando. While in the Marines Adam was charged with the duties of physical training instructor to Special Operations Marines. As a Sergeant of Marines Adam lead hundreds of physical training sessions even before becoming a Personal Trainer.
If there were a special forces of personal trainers Adam would be in that elite group. He is trained and cross trained in almost every major category of health and fitness.
Adam single handedly introduced many of the now popular training programs in the Austin area. Adam has trained and mentored personal trainers and personal trainer instructors.
By first appearance Adam would be an unlikely candidate for a Pilates and Yoga instructor. Although, he has extensive training and experience in Pilates and Yoga. He has trained with world renowned instructors of Fitness, Yoga, Pilates, Physical Therapy and Massage.
In 2009 Adam retired as a personal trainer to promote his own system of exercise known as the Davila Method of Vibrant Health Through Functional Movement. See contact page for new studio location.

When Adam is not out saving the world he enjoys: Spending time with family and friends, Reading, eating, good music, Yoga and Meditation. Adam is also a former marathon runner and triathlete.
